Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below SGD 50.00 will incur a flat fee of SGD 4.00
United States and Canada Shipping: Please visit our US store here.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost or Missing Packages

What to Do If Your Package Is Marked as Delivered But You Can’t Find It
Contact us immediately so we can work with the courier to locate your package.

Check with family members, neighbors, or home security (like CCTV) in case it was delivered nearby.

While we’ll do everything we can to assist, we are not responsible for parcels lost by the courier.
